E-poster uploader

You can upload your e-poster image via this site. Posters will be displayed electronically on 4K LCD monitors during the Congress.

Technical specifications

• Image type: jpg or png
• Orientation: portrait
• Aspect ratio: 9:16
• Minimum resolution: 2160 x 3840 pixels or its proportional multiple
• Font size: 22 points or larger
• QR Codes may be included
• Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and videos are not permitted
• Only 1 slide/page per e-poster is accepted.
• Maximum file size: 20 MB

Here you can download the PowerPoint template file.

Edit your slide into the downloaded template.

Once you are ready please save the slide to png or jpg format.

Steps of uploading:

1. Type the e-mail address you submitted your abstract from (it is on the submission confirmation)
2. Select your presentation from the list
3. Choose the image file from your computer
4. Upload it

You can modify your e-poster file any time until the upload deadline. To do this go to step 1. and repeat the uploading process.
